DAO Overview
Cornerstone DAO 1 is a professionally managed Real Estate DAO on Polygon that identifies, acquires, tokenizes via dedicated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), and actively manages a diversified portfolio of high-potential commercial and adaptive-reuse properties across the Northeast United States.
The $5M private sale of STONES tokens funds the DAO treasury to launch the platform, cover operational setup, legal and tokenization costs, and provide down-payment / seed capital for initial acquisitions.
STONES tokens represent utility and governance rights in the DAO itself (platform voting, pipeline selection, management decisions) but carry no direct financial return or revenue share from the $5M platform raise. Returns are generated exclusively through participation in the individual SPV token raises. STONES tokens will be listed with liquidity pools on select DEXs.
STONES holders receive exclusive early access privileges, including the ability to help choose and vote on new property acquisitions and first-in priority participation in new SPV token raises.

Status: Designated initial target acquisition. The DAO has secured priority / exclusive negotiation rights. Upon successful STONES platform raise, the DAO will contribute down-payment capital from treasury; the dedicated SPV will then issue its own tokens to fund the balance of the acquisition and development.
